Why Can’t I Stick To My Diet?

I had the pleasure to ‘Zapp’ some event design ‘fairy dust’ on the Launch of the wonderful Erin Boardman Wathen’s book “Why can’t I stick to my diet?” private dinner at the Inn at Pound Ridge, NY.

Working in the “party business” makes a healthy living sometimes a bit challenging. I myself do my best to follow a healthy lifestyle and know the steep turns a diet’s roller coaster could sometimes take. Who am I kidding! I do more than my best, I follow a strict routine every day at the gym and food prep for the week. But must say, at every event, the temptation of great food and champagne is quite hard to fight against. Maybe, the reason I held this project a bit closer to the heart.
